This Privacy Policy explains how QuickInvoice (“the App”, “we”, “our”) handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information we collect

QuickInvoice does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device only.

This includes:

• Your business name, address, phone number, and email
• Your business logo and signature
• Client names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses
• Invoice details, items, amounts, and notes

We have no access to any of this information at any time.

2. How your data is used

All data you enter is used solely to:

• Generate PDF invoices on your device
• Pre-fill invoice forms for convenience
• Send invoices or payment reminders via WhatsApp or email (only when you explicitly tap the send button — the App opens your WhatsApp or mail app and you remain in full control)
• Export your invoices as a CSV file to your device

3. Data sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties, advertisers, or analytics services. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share an invoice PDF or CSV file using your device’s share functionality.

4. Data storage & security

All data is stored in a local database on your device using Android’s Room database. No internet connection is required to use the App. We do not operate any servers that receive or process your data.

5. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Storage / File access: to save PDF invoices and export CSV files to your device
• Camera (optional): to capture your business logo or signature photo

These permissions are used only for the features described above and for no other purpose.

6. Children’s privacy

QuickInvoice is intended for use by adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
